1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Astro Phal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Services

Astro Phal is an online platform that connects users with experienced Vedic astrologers (pandits) for personalised astrological consultations. Our services include:

  • One-on-one consultations via real-time chat
  • Kundli (birth chart) analysis based on user-provided birth details
  • Guidance on topics such as marriage, career, health, doshas, and spiritual matters
  • Daily horoscope readings (when available)

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By registering on our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet these criteria.

4. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach at support@astrophal.com.

5. Nature of Astrology Services

Please read this section carefully.

  • All astrological information, predictions, and advice provided through our platform are for informational and personal guidance purposes only.
  • Astrology is an interpretive discipline based on Vedic principles and is not an empirically proven science. Results and experiences may vary from person to person.
  • Astro Phal and its astrologers do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any prediction, consultation, or remedy suggested.
  • Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
  • Any decisions you make based on astrological consultations are entirely your own responsibility. Astro Phal shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such decisions.

6. Astrologer (Pandit) Status

Astrologers available on our platform are independent professionals. Astro Phal acts as an intermediary that facilitates connections between users and astrologers. We do not endorse or guarantee the advice provided by any individual astrologer. The views and predictions of astrologers are their own and do not represent the views of Astro Phal.

7. Payment Terms

  • Consultation fees are displayed before you confirm a consultation.
  • Payments must be completed before a consultation session can begin.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed on the payment page.
  • Payment verification is performed by our team. Consultations commence only after successful verification.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The consultation has not yet started (no messages exchanged after payment)
  • A technical issue on our platform prevented the consultation from taking place
  • The assigned astrologer was unable to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe

8.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The consultation has been completed (chat session ended by the astrologer)
  • Dissatisfaction with the astrological prediction or advice provided
  • Failure to attend or respond during a scheduled consultation
  • Complimentary (free) consultations
  • Incorrect birth details provided by the user

8.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@astrophal.com or call +911234567890 with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • The consultation subject or reference ID
  • Reason for the refund request

8.4 Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8.5 Partial Refunds

In cases where a consultation was partially completed, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion based on the extent of service delivered.

9. User Conduct & Restrictions

While using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or consultations
  • Harass, abuse, or use threatening language towards astrologers or other users
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
  • Share, resell, or redistribute consultation content or astrological reports
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use content from the platform to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Astro Phal platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and reports — is the property of Astro Phal or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content or astrological advice provided through the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Phal and its directors, employees, partners, and astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any astrological advice. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro Phal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Service Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

15. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage users to first reach out to our support team to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
